Shipping

  • Shipping within Australia is free.
  • I despatch prints within 2-7 working days plus transit time. Please allow extra time for delivery through holiday periods.
  • I use regular Australia Post for all deliveries. I will email a tracking number to your email address once the item is posted. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email.
  • Large prints are shipped in a sturdy mailing tube. Smaller prints are shipped flat in a rigid cardboard mailing envelope.

International

  • International shipping is $20.
  • I use registered International Australia Air Post for all international deliveries.
  • I dispatch prints within 2-7 working days. They should arrive within 1-3 weeks depending on the destination. Please allow extra time for delivery through holiday periods.
  • All international prints are shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

Duties and Taxes (International)

International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes that may be levied by local customs. Your items will not be released from customs until payment has been made.

Returns

If in the rare event you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please Contact me for return details.

Please note if you opt to have your item left outside at your address, we cannot take responsibility for theft or damage.

DAMAGED ITEMS – I carefully check all prints prior to shipping. I also use specially designed mailing tubes for shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours to arrange a replacement print. Please email me a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging so I can lodge a damaged item claim with Australia Post.

LOST ITEMS – If your item is misplaced in transit, it is your responsibility as customer to contact Australia Post. I will provide you with a tracking number after your package is posted. Please use this to find your package. You can also contact me for additional assistance.

NON PERSONALISED PRINTS – If you have had a change of mind please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and then return the undamaged item with a copy of your order at your own cost. The item must be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. A refund will be issued for the purchase price once the item has been returned. Please send your order back to me using the original mailing tube and packaging to ensure it arrives back safely or I may not issue your refund.

PERSONALISED PRINTS – I do not accept returns on personalised prints. If I made a mistake with the personalised information, I will send you a replacement print free of charge. Please check jpg proofs thoroughly before approving personalised prints.

NOBODY HOME – If Australia Post have attempted delivery and left a calling card resulting in your order being returned back to us, a redelivery fee applies.

CANCELLATIONS – I accept cancellations up until your print has been shipped. I normally process orders straight away, so please email me immediately to discuss your options. If your order has been shipped, I cannot accept cancellations or changes. If you need to change your shipping address let me know immediately.

Warranty

  • All of prints are quality controlled and thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.
  • All prints are packaged in custom-made packaging designed to keep the print safe during shipping.
  • I recommend that you display your print properly as I take no responsibility for fading or water damage. To display your illustration properly, place it in a frame and hang in a dry location out of bright direct sunlight.
